Socrelo — Real Estate Social Automation

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Socrelo ("Socrelo", "we", "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Socrelo is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered social media management and automation tools for real estate professionals. The service includes post scheduling, multi-platform publishing, analytics, and AI content generation across supported social media networks.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription and Billing

Our service is offered on a subscription basis (Starter, Pro, Agency plans). All payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) post spam, misleading, or harmful content; (c) impersonate another person or entity; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (e) use the service for any purpose that violates third-party platform terms of service.

6. Account Warm-Up Policy

We strongly recommend warming up all new social media accounts before connecting them to our automation system. Failure to follow our warm-up guidelines may result in account restrictions by social platforms. We are not responsible for platform-level actions taken against your accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you create and publish through our service. We grant you a limited license to use the platform software. Our branding, trademarks, and proprietary technology remain our exclusive property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socrelo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our service integrates with third-party social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Google Business Profile, Threads). Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to their APIs, policies, or service availability.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
